I am looking for a month long (4 weeks) program to do but in the gym. I want to do a trim down of a total body workout. Any suggestions?

💧Sk's Dare To Shred - DAY 12 scotty has a full 30 day shred program. It'll kick your ass. If that doesn't seem to fit you. Check bodybuilding.com they have a lot of free programs.
