Any workout program to lose body fat and gain muscle? I male. 15 years old weigh about 206 5'7 I want to get to 190 pounds. Any work out plans you guys have and worked?
See u basically need to do cardio to lose weight and fat! And once u lose fat u will gain muscle after working out! So do cardio and strength training.
