Set your goal, what you're trying to accomplish by working out. The app will suggest programs and workouts. Click on the ones you want and start the workout. You can also save them for later. All the workouts have an audio trainer who will explain the exercises and will count down and warn you when you have to do the next one. Have fun! ^^

Hi. I am also new here. I just want to ask you guys of we need to pay for something here after one week of try outs. Thank you.

Nope it's all free. The only thing that costs is going pro which just unlocks special workouts and forums but going pro is optional.
