Hi everyone. I wad just wondering Wat exercise I can do until my foot is better after a fall I had yesterday? As I was doing jogging b going on walks. Pls any advice would be great as I don't want to stop after I was doing so well in losing weight x

First of all sorry to hear about your foot :( I hope you get better soon. Maybe you could try doing some lying down exercises like lying leg raises, leg circles, bicycle crunches.. Also bird dogs are great for the core. And shoulder rotations... Think of all the upper body exercises :)

Thx pinky I was thinking doing thm as frm tomorrow. I've had two days off which I've hated lol. I can walk on sticks so I will be taking slow walks just to get ma strength back in the foot x

Biking probably wouldn't be too hard on your foot. It would be good cardio too. Most gyms have stationary bikes if you don't have your own. Hope your foot feels better soon.

How about swimming or aqua aerobics
