So I just got this and I was wondering which workouts are best for lower back?

Hi Sunny. From within the app search workout for the keywords 'back pain'    about a half dozen workouts with that in the name pop up near the top of the list. Good luck!

Dear back is most sensitive part of body so done exsersize in proper manner.....

My personal recommendation is u must have
-chin ups (proper slow form)
-lat pull downs (slightly arched back)
