Looking for some advice guys. Is it best to push as hard as you can for squatting or just do what you feel comfortable with?
Both if by feel comfortable you mean not push yourself by using a weight you cud lift all day absolutely not but if by being comfortable you mean listening to your body and it hurts not the feel good hurt but like if Im gonna hurt myself hurt thn absolutely yes.... with sqauts its just like any exercise you must use correct form and please safety first wrap your knees
