I don't expect to be at the top of the leader board, but could somebody explain how the point system works?

I think its a point a minute but they means nothing...It's open to egotistical cheating and points dont win prizes.

My somehow proven theory is that it's also linked to the weight you're adding in your profile. I got more points for the same workout when I was heavier

I would like to know too!!!!! I choose long and intense workouts but still I get a few points and I see others choosing 2min workouts and they get a lot of points!!!!!😓
