Its Ramadan in my religion. I eat "breakfast" at 3:30 am and break my fast at 9pm. I've gained 3pounds. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? HELP, ANYTHING IS APPRECIATED

I'm Muslim too and do Ramadan...when its time to eat you have to eat only healthy foods and you will not have problems of weight..that's what I do !!
