I'm agreeing with Raja on the idea of one to two pounds a week is is a good weight loss goal with proper diet and exercise. It is true, the heavier you are the faster the pounds fall off but other factors weigh in such as fat vs muscle. So keep exercising at least 4x per week and eat healthy meals approximately 5-6xs per day.
If you loose faster than that you risk putting your body in shock and you might loose your muscle more and the body might start holding on to every fat for its dear life if you go on a crazy diet, my advice forget the scales and just concentrate on the body fat percentage. Good luck
