The workouts in Trim. Tight. Tough are combinations of everything from bodyweight exercises to dumbbell strength training, as well as plyometric box jumps and cardio kickboxing. This program is designed to help you trim some unwanted weight as well as tighten and tone your muscles, leaving you feeling tough physically and mentally. You need a couple of sets of different weight dumbbells, a box or step and a bench for these workouts. Go for it!
