Relax your neck. Inhale. Exhale and step your right foot back to Pyramid. Inhale and arch your chest forward. Exhale and fold forward. Place your hands on your hips. Inhale, rise up, and open your arms out. Exhale and twist toward your left foot to Twisting Triangle. Inhale. Exhale and release your hands to the floor. Step forward to Forward Fold. Inhale and arch your chest forward. Exhale and fold forward.
