Get ready for this to be your Best Yoga Month ever! Have you ever challenged yourself to stick with a custom-created program for 4 weeks straight? Well, this is your chance! Blend your yoga practice with muscle toning to maximize your strength, stamina, and stability. Move through progressive rounds that include basic poses accessible to all, with plenty of adjustments to boost the challenge. Finish off each session with some short stretches and continue to feel the benefits throughout the rest of your day. Classes are 20-40 minutes long. Try your best to practice yoga every other day to stay on track. Namaste.
