Hold onto a pair of dumbbells. Sit on the ball then walk your feet out until you're supporting your upper shoulders and neck on the ball. Extend your arms up, palms facing each other. Inhale and lower your arms out to the side until they are parallel with the floor. Return the dumbbells together on an exhale.
