DO 3 ROUNDS OF EACH SET. Pick one weight to use for both arms and leg sets. Purpose is to keep workout short. Do more reps of any exercise where the weight is too light. For arm side lateral raises, do single side stopping just short of a full rep to keep constant tension on delt. For bicep curls keep elbows pinched at side.
For rows, can do on hands and knees holding a dumbbell in each hand and perform one arm row.
