This workout starts with walking and a light jog. At the start of this workout the incline gradually changes to get your legs warmed up. After the warm-up you work on your speed and incline, be sure to adjust accordingly.
I found this frustrating as it doesn’t says when to swap levels. And the writing is small as to whether to put this as moderate or high incline etc. Saying that, I hate cardio and o hate running and I found this fun and interesting.
