Follow along with us in this back and shoulder dumbbell workout. This workout will only take 15 minutes. This is a strength building workout. You will need a set of moderate and light weight dumbbells, we're using 5 and 10lb (for the light) and 10 and 20 lb (for the moderate). Feel free to take longer breaks as needed, or grab a set of lower weighted dumbbells toward the end of the workout if your arms are getting too tired to complete the sets.
