Welcome to "Shed the Pounds," a 4-week program comprised of 10 workouts that last around 15 minutes each. The program is designed to boost your body's metabolism and help you lose those unwanted pounds. This workout series uses a variety of exercises and modalities to create a more efficient fat-burning individual (the future you!). You will need one light and one moderate pair of dumbbells, as well as a jump rope to complete all of the workouts in this program. Get your (smiling) game face on and tackle this program in good style!!
