Balance on one leg with a dumbbell in hand. Curl the dumbbell up to your shoulder as you straighten your leg. Then press the dumbbell up to the ceiling. Bring the dumbbell back down to the top of the curl and then bend your leg and straighten your arm back to the start. When ready, switch sides.
