I haven't done a 10000 steps Workout in so long! Well, it's finally here! Was a bit nervous about not getting the 10000 steps in, because this is not a very fast paced workout. However, I got my 10000 steps in 1 hour and 16 minutes! Yay! I worked all through the black and white sections and only took breaks between rounds. Still, in case you won't have reached your 10000 steps by the end of round 10 (1h16min), I've added a few optional extra steps that will help you reach your step goal. Don't want anyone to be disappointed! If you've reached 10000 steps by the end of round 10, you can just skip that final part and give yourself a round of 👏.
