I am sending you the workout routine for next 2 weeks ( 3 May -14 May ). I have given you Super Sets , Giant Sets. eg. you have to do 2 to 3 exercises back to back without taking break and all those 3 exercises will your 1 set..After completing one set then you are supposed to take rest. Points to keep in mind: - Do 4 sets of each exercise and your Reps should be 15,12,10, 8 - No need to rush in between reps keep your reps slow and steady. - Build that mind and muscle connection while doing reps. - Keep hydrating yourself in between the sets. - Your resting period in between sets should not exceed more than 60 sec. - Warm up and Cool Down are must in order to prevent any injury. Don't forget to give me your feedback after doing the workout. Stay Fit. Eat Clean.
